Or perhaps you are ready to take the next steps, such as reading a pattern and beginning your first crochet then the second session would be for you.

And looking ahead to Autumn we have a brand new Workshops

Looking ahead to Autumn  -  10 September 5.30 - 7 pm our Topical Talk will be 'Can I improve my Memory?

The frustration of forgetting is something common to us all whatever age, whether it be names, faces, places or simple tasks. Why can we remember the lyrics to Bohemian Rhapsody but not a simple chip and pin code?

Take a trip down memory lane with us as we look at techniques for remembering, using the examples of numbers, names and book plot lines that are easy to employ in day to day life.

We will look at the brain and explore the relationship between creativity and logic, discover how it is that we learn and establish what type of learner we are and whether the way we were taught at school affected our capacity to learn in later life?
